Where do you get your stress? Family? Work? Money? Yourself? All of the above?
Stress is funny. Not ha-ha funny, but odd funny. It can motivate you to improve your life. But, it can also ruin your health and your life.
Pretend you or someone you know has a bad habit. A big bad monkey on your back. How did it get there? How did it start? Probably a combination of three things; emotions, authority figures, and repetition.
You know you can think of happy memories and feel the happy emotion, if you let yourself. Just like you can think of a scary or sad memory and feel that emotion.
I’ve worked with a lot of people to quit smoking. In doing this, I have heard all kinds of reasons that it might be better if they kept smoking.
Quit smoking programs using hypnosis are very involved when done correctly. Working to change behaviors that involve many parts of your life. If you were a hypnotist, you might have to put it all together. If you’re not a hypnotist, well, you get to enjoy the fruits of another’s labor. Nice, huh?
