Relationships come with no guarantees, and when you decide to enter into a relationship with that special one, there is no telling what may happen. Naturally, you hope that your feelings for each other will last and that the relationship will endure until the end of time. But what happens if the relationship comes to an unexpected ending? Time out will be needed to determine what you want to do from there. You can choose to move on, or you may decide that you really want to get back together with your ex.

Losing weight is not an easy task in this age of the fast food meal. It sounds really good that we desire to be totally connected - that we increase our spiritual might simply by giving all we have to Spirit. But that really scares a lot of people. They believe you have to go to a mountaintop somewhere, or escape into the wilderness in order to be that committed. But nothing could be further from the truth!
