Battling the Forces within in Mental and Physical Ease and Supremacy

Some literature came available not so long ago that suggests mental supremacy links to a hierarchy of domineering powers. The ideology leads some to believe that “white man’s” power is firmly established and cannot be swayed. Accordingly, some of these people think that the views of these misconceived ideas maybe difficult to understand, and that females master issues in broad-spectrum approaches. First, most men tend to relate to images while many women tend to relate to messages more readily.

Looking over the ideology, we see shallow minds in progress. The fact is all of us despite creed, race, gender, etc have a power to develop mental and physical ease and supremacy. White supremacist are not truly established parties in our society, rather anyone that takes control of their life and abandon hate, prejudices, etc has established much deeper than those that do not remove these inhumane traits.

We see this as realism, since the ground we stand on will fall if we are not established. Review the history of white supreme to see falling grounds currently in progress.

In the meantime, compare inhumane traits to humane traits. This is the start to developing your ease of mind to take control of your life. If you have hate in your veins, then you have a sadistic, heartless, merciless, brutal, cruel and callous attitude. On the other hand, if you have humane qualities, you have civilized, charitable, understanding, caring, gentle, humanitarian, compassionate attitude.

Note the differences. You will see that noting the differences will help you appreciate that what time the mind is overflowing with evils that exist from inhumane qualities or thinking patterns, such as hate, prejudices, etc you will see that the mind in this instance is filled with lies, which obviously has not been established and it will fall.

On the other hand, if you understand that having humane qualities and thinking patterns relaxes the mind, since you do not store hate in your veins. Hate is evil. How can evil develop mental and physical ease and supremacy? It cannot, despite it may appear that it does.

To advance to mental and physical ease and supremacy we must remove hate from our veins. Our revulsions only develop attitudes that are apparent in our behaviors.

Females do have abilities to view situations at all sides or in broad-spectrum more so than most men, yet a man can also develop this ability. Men tend to calculate when they think through problems, while women tend to draw from all aspects of the problem. Surely, men can reach an estimation based on predictions, but women often see through problems at greater levels, simply because they have instincts. Men of course have instincts, but women tend to develop their abilities sooner.

Still, man or woman has the capacity to develop mental and physical ease and supremacy. Because of these differences, we face many problems in the world. Breakups in marriage often occur because of failure to communicate, relate, and understand these differences. 

Despite the many issues we face however, we can improve our memory. We do this by standing our ground and establishing our identity.

Mental is our psychological aspects, which make up our intellect, and gives us the ability to reason or rationalize. At what time we rationalize, we reduce bigger parts of the picture, condensing complex issues to simplify. When something arrives in simple forms, it helps us to put the pieces together easier. We can rationalize from this understanding, that when the mind can simplify problems, it has room to breathe.
