Dichotic – Hum, you may ask what in the world does Dichotic mean to me, and how does it relate to encoding mental and physical ease and supremacy. The fact is it has many things to do with building memory. Dichotic is our stimulators, which is located in each ear and changes by involving self with concurrent stimulations of each ear, yet with unlike sounds.
Since our mind has a selective attention side, we often encode atypical sounds and other aspects of our environment, which brainwashes you to a degree. Often, we try to block out noises and sounds in the background so that we can tune into television, radio, or someone speaking. Most times however, we are not successful at blocking out these noises, so unknowingly we tune into things in our environment.
However, when we do not have too much background noise we still use selective attention to a large degree. If you consider the list of people that do not look others in the eye when they are speaking, you will understand that these people are affected by something in the environment and simultaneously trying to listen to the person.
What is taking place here is lack of balance. The inner ear is our area where we get our balance. Balance is the key to improving memory, however we must develop meaning, or find purpose to what we have learned or experienced.
Of course, achieving this level takes effort. Many of us has scattered lives, which we wonder through life trying to find our purpose. We often stay in a state of confusion, which causes forgetfulness, simply because the mind is struggling. We need to cease struggles to develop mental and physical ease and supremacy.
We can start our decoding processes by focusing on dichotic and balance. First, we must remove encodes that have brainwashed our mind, by reprogramming or training our mind to find meaning.
When we find value or significance in what we learn or experience it builds our worth. To achieve this balance we must consider that our body and mind requires relaxation points often to give us room to explore our subconscious mind. In this region exists, the unknown and parts of this mind produces mental activities not diametrically perceived by our conscious mind. Here are memories, feelings, or thoughts that have power to influence or manipulate our behaviors without us even realizing it.
For example, per se you have a problem, such as binge eating. Most times, you do not realize you have a problem, until one day you wake up overweight. When you realize this, you start to find the purpose or reason. At this time, you begin to take a journey back in your history to discover the cause. This starts the process of subliminal learning, which opens your memory to discovery and suggestion.
At this time, you can continue the process of discovery and learning. Each time you discover something new about you, it frees your mind, which improves memory. At this time, you are working on dichotic listening and achieving balance, which gives you some degree of meaning.
You see that you have a few steps to take to build mental and physical ease and supremacy. Your powered mind once you take a journey to discover will encourage you, which your body will follow pursuit. In other words, when you build power of the mind, you also build power of the body. You will find yourself in a stance, which your body language will express power of mind to everyone around you.
