Since 1996, Jesse Cannone has devoted his life to helping people reach their fitness goals. He is especially interested in the rehabilitation of people who’ve suffered things like stroke and Parkinson’s disease, so in the process, Jesse has become quite the expert in back pain treatment. He founded The Healthy Back Institute, he has also authored several publications to help people with both pain and fitness issues.
Jesse Cannone has contributed to a number of reputable magazines and websites including eDiets.com and “Men’s Fitness”, and he’s the author of the bi-monthly newsletter called “Get Healthy and Fit News”. He also wrote “Burn Fat Fast” and the “Lose the Back Pain System”.
Jesse hasn’t always been a fitness fanatic. In fact, the only reason he began body building was to help with his poor self esteem. It didn’t take any time before he was hooked on fitness and wanted to share his passion with others. After getting certified, Jesse took a job at a local gym as a personal trainer, and then later he sold informative books and audio fitness products.
It didn’t take long for Jesse Cannone to become the top trainer at the gym, but with promotions comes paperwork. He got burned out quickly and decided to venture out alone. It’s a sad coincidence that this decision came only days before the September 11th Tragedy, so of course Jesse lost all but one of his clients overnight. With maxed out credit cards and very little income, he turned to a book called “Multiple Streams of Income”.
Jesse didn’t have a business background, but after reading the book, he decided to take the plunge with a $5,000 how-to course. He knew he needed to find money fast because he had a wife and seven children to feed. His plunge did the trick, and he never looked back. Now he has many successful businesses.
Do what you love! It’s been Jesse Cannone’s motto for years. You’ll never be happy, and you’ll never have an income to match your full potential if you’re doing something you don’t truly enjoy. Jesse didn’t start out in fitness, so perhaps you haven’t found your passion yet either. If you have, Jesse would tell you to follow your heart.
Doing what you love means you have to find something fun and enjoyable. For example, Jesse loves fitness, but he doesn’t enjoy walking on a treadmill. It’s much more fun and interesting to get outside with mountain biking, roller blading, or boating. If you enjoy helping people, don’t sit behind a desk of an organization. Get out and meet the people you’re helping.
Don’t approach your problems as if they’re obstacles. Problems should be seen as solvable challenges. It doesn’t matter whether your problem is getting into shape, providing for your family, or figuring out your true passion. Face the challenge, educate yourself about it, and enjoy life to its fullest!
