Rev Michael Beckwith and Stephen Lewis are the best of friends. Their passions are very similar, and their personalities complement each other. Both are very successful in helping others reach a balance in their spiritual lives. They believe anything can be healed.
Stephen is the author of “Sanctuary: The Path to Consciousness”. He has helped more than 40,000 people throughout the world attain healing in their life with his AIM Program, and he believes that healing, love and consciousness are inseparable. AIM is an energy-balancing program.
Aside from his AIM program and book, Stephen also founded EMC2. EMC2 helps people balance the imbalances in their consciousness to promote healing. He believes that healers don’t actually heal people. They’re teachers. They teach people how to harness and use their inner healing power.
Michael is head of the Agape International Spiritual Center. It has 9,000 local members and over a million members worldwide. Michael was also featured in “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, and has appeared on television shows like Oprah and Larry King Live. He is the author of “Inspirations of the Heart”.
Healing and curing are not exactly the same thing. Michael and Stephen believe there is a very distinct difference. Curing someone happens through a drug or procedure. It’s an outward action to attack a problem. Healing is something that comes from within and is something each individual must learn.
Physics and spirituality are similar in many ways, and the language they share is the same. In fact, Michael’s Agape bookstore has countless books dealing with spirituality, mathematics, physics, and quantum physics. Stephen believes that emotions and diseases actually share a frequency with each other. For example, bitterness is linked to cancer.
Forgiveness is extremely important in an inward healing. If you don’t have forgiveness, you have an energy blockage. When you are filled with anger, hurt, bitterness, resentment, and hate toward someone, it doesn’t affect that person. It affects you. It eats away at you.
In order to begin the healing process, you’ll need to have an attitude of forgiveness to eliminate the toxins from your body. Picture someone in a race car with one foot on the brake and one foot on the accelerator. They’re not likely to win the race, and they’ll probably blow up their engine. The same thing happens in life without forgiveness.
